- How are monthly invoices generated?Every dispatched trip auto-creates a line on your monthly invoice. The invoice closes on the last business day, with reconciliation on the second working day of the next month.

- What is the response window for deposit slots?Reserved slots in core Cairo zones target a sub-30-minute dispatch. Out-of-Cairo deposit slots are scheduled against a confirmed window.
- What happens to unused slots at month-end?Unused slot capacity is rolled into the next month up to a defined cap, then settled on the monthly statement.

- Do you cover inter-governorate moves?Yes — Cairo to Alexandria, North Coast, Gouna, and Red Sea corridors are pre-mapped and rate-set. Other destinations are quoted on request.

Each car is class-assigned at booking. The dispatcher cannot override the class without ops manager approval. That is how we keep the price honest.
